Upgraded Epoxy Flooring System

The upgraded solution implemented by Ango Italian Concrete was a multi-layer epoxy system designed to provide exceptional protection and withstand high traffic during both the construction and operational phases. The system included:

• GP-T Prime Coat: A high-performance primer applied to ensure superior adhesion of the epoxy to the substrate.
• Supafloor Protective Coat: Applied during the construction phase to safeguard the flooring from potential damage due to heavy equipment and foot traffic.
• Supafloor TX: A topcoat that provided both aesthetic appeal and long-term protection, ensuring that key areas of the data centre remained sleek and durable.

Vinyl Corridor Upgrade

In addition to the standard areas, the vinyl corridors and other high-traffic zones were upgraded with a more robust epoxy system for extra durability:

• GP-T Prime Coat: To guarantee firm adhesion.
• 2mm E300SL Coat: This seamless, self-levelling epoxy layer provided an even surface, designed to withstand heavy machinery and equipment.
• Supafloor TX: A final topcoat to give the space a polished, professional finish while enhancing durability.
